Beer in my eye gave me a headache...

Last week to the weekend was pretty full. I had a session with a writer. We brainstormed to lay the ground work on a comic book idea I've been working on for awhile. Thursday and Friday I went to a workshop on Flash Animation; I learned A LOT in those 2 days. Then I ended the week off with watching Taken and Watchmen back to back.

I knew Taken was going to be great, just shocked it was better then what I expected. Liam Neelson was awesome beyond words. I highly recommend seeing this movie. Also for Watchmen. I enjoyed it, I've read the comic, saw the motion comic, and I liked the movie. All the changes made weren't so bad imo. I even like some of the changes made more than the comic version.

The weekend started with an unexpected surprise. My uncle from out of state stopped by with his wife and baby girl. So I went to see them in my other uncle's house. I played with his twins to make a Gundam Model kit; HG Char Hygog. I wound up spending the night playing talking to both my uncles about random stuff like computers, Flash animation etc.

Sunday I woke up building another model kit with my twins and played with my new baby cousin. After that I drove back to my place where my uncle installed a wireless modem for my laptop. While that happened, my baby cousin slipped and slammed her head into a table. She got a HUGE bruise on her head. Thankfully the doctor said it was nothing serious and eventually the swelling will go away. When they left I took a nap to wake up to a friend of mine calling me to stop by to do a film with me.

This was something I've been planning for awhile. Anyhoo the short film he and I were working on went by smoothly. I never realized how much focus you need when being filmed. So the Sunday ended with me getting beer in my eye which gave me a headache; don't ask.

Monday I hung out my friend's house tweaking the video with him. Seriously the guy is insanely talented and has some serious top quality equipment. If only we had a decent background to film off of, then the short video would have been great. The video will be uploaded soon, just got to get the approval of some people before I post it online. Plus I need to have my friend upload the thing because the dam video is like 2 gigs big of HD quality and it needs to be compressed.

Still the busy week isn't over. Tomorrow I have another session with the writer and stuff.

I'm done.
Hold heaven and press the earth,
Rob

My favorite day of the week is Friday. Because it will always give me a special gift, and that is Saturday. :sleepy:

Master. I tend to only buy Master grades. My favorite Master Grade is my Kampfer. Though that Sazabi looks HAWT!

Wow it looks like you are really spreading your roots out Rob. Will there be any possibility of us seeing the film? :)

I thought about getting the cheaper sazabi since the non-metalic version is almost half the cost. I mean they really need to put out a Perfect Grade of that damned thing and get it over with.

Ultimately I would like to have a Sazabi with two Kampfers as escorts. :) My personal special ops team. :)
