Ok I gotta find out the truth of all this......I read the Mark Simon article and panic attacked....then read 's link......now I don't know what to believe. I don't think I can trust an internet search on this one.....I have to search a legal library or consult a professional lawyer before anything.....this is to delicate an issue to trust to an internet search (where anyone can make up anything).

Draw you own conclusions on it but here is my take so far: (I would still search out legal counsil to clarify the whole thing.)

It seems there is some merit to Mark Simons statement as such legislation has been introduced in the last several years, but all bills died on the floor. However there is still legislation being considered (although nothing formally introduced as of yet). While I would'nt panic over this issue, I would most deffinitly whatch it as carefully as possible, to ensure that it does not evolve into a potential worst case senario.
